Who is the Behaviour Change Program for?
VicRoads requires anyone who’s committed a drink, drug or combined drink and drug driving offence to complete the Behaviour Change Program.
To enrol in a Behaviour Change Program, you will need to have received a Relicensing letter from VicRoads. This letter will clearly state which Behaviour Change Program is required to be completed.

How do I get a Certificate of Completion?
To successfully complete the Behaviour Change Program and receive the Certificate of Completion, you will need to:
- Be punctual
- Contribute to group discussion
- Participate in all activities
- Complete the participant handbook
- Complete the alcohol use/drug use questionnaire to determine if you may benefit from require further support. If additional support would be helpful, the facilitator will give you a referral.
Once you have met the participation requirement, you will get a Certificate of Completion which you can present to VicRoads.

Our goal is to support you to minimise the risk of re-offending once you get your license back.
At Arrow Health, we offer the following Behaviour Change Programs:
- Drink Driver Program
- Drug Driver Program
- Intensive Drink and Drug Driver Program
Programs are delivered in English. If you are from a Non-English Speaking Background and need some support to complete the Behaviour Change Program, please get in touch with VicRoads directly. It is a requirement of the program that you attend alone – family, friends and carers are not permitted in any of the programs.
